Why this course was created

‘Weight Loss Made Easy’ was created after 12 years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I was finding that people were overcomplicating the process and were searching for ‘the secret to weight loss’.

The truth is there is no secret. If you’ve been searching for it then I’m here to tell you to stop. It’s not diet pills, apple cider vinegar, weight loss teas, shakes, detox teas, or any of the other terrible gimmicks out there.

I was annoyed with the media bringing out false claims which make you believe that you need to eat kale for the rest of your life and can never eat a chocolate bar ever again.

People in the health and fitness industry trying to sell you the latest trends and fads because they’re more bothered about money than they are about helping you.

It’s for this reason that I’ve created the video course ‘Weight Loss Made Easy’, because it is easy if you follow the key advice I deliver in this course. No more sacrifice or meal replacement shakes, just straight up facts and the structure needed for you to succeed on your weight loss journey.
