The course is all online. After you sign up, you will receive access to the programme and a workbook will be sent to you. You will be taken through 12 modules that will involve lessons, tasks, and videos to work through. These modules are a step by step process that allows you to take control of your health.

The time to complete the programme is 12 weeks. The beauty of the online programme is that you can do it at your own pace. If you’re busy one week or need more time to absorb the information and take action then you can take longer.

Of course. A programme wouldn’t be complete without demonstrating how to do each exercise safely and effectively. I will show you a variety of ways to exercise so you can discover a way that will work for you.

No. I provide something that’s more beneficial. I educate you on what to eat and how to eat so you can make a choice yourself. This is a more sustainable way of doing things. You will also receive an online recipe book each month to give you plenty of meal ideas.

The Take Control Programme is £250. This is a one off payment which includes your enrolment on the programme and access to the private community for ongoing support even once you’ve completed the programme. You will also receive 12 healthy recipes each month indefinitely.

Yes. The beauty of offering the programme online is the fact that you can take part regardless of your location. United Kingdom or Argentina – It doesn’t matter.

Enrolment is currently open until Sunday 31st March 2019. The Take Control Programme begins on Monday 1st April 2019. The programme is only open a few times a year so make sure you book your spot.
